Dear American Voters,
This is Jane Q. Public and I have been watching you. You have all risen to the occasion, by all of our newly registered voters. You're ancestors would be proud. You have arrived, but now what? Hm mm, who to vote for. I know that is one large decision, and what are you going to base it on? Race, Color, Religion, Ethnicity, Money, Geography, Political Party, Family, Job or Pet? I don't know, but what I do know is that you have to be informed about decision making. Take the time, you're Country needs you.
Times have changed, and we no longer live in an era where the landowners make all the decisions for the people of the land. Nor do we live in the times when corporations hold our jobs over our heads in order to achieve their own personal gains through Presidential Elections. You are the first generation, hopefully of many to come, to make a real personal and united effort to improve our government process, and at the same time, you will give back the promise of freedom, for all those who are not free and cannot live the dream. Let's wake up together in a solidarity state of mind, that compels other third world countries to be just as effective. We have the power, together.
Your President, should be the person you would call your friend, brother, sister, parent or neighbor. That person who can be counted on when the world is in distraught, the one who will speak your mind, spirit and voice your opinion on all the agendas across the board, the one you trust to be beside you in the midst of a storm. Because that is what a President does. He is OUR Warrior, who has HONOR and COURAGE and he will be TESTED.
So in conclusion, if you're candidate can't meet those requirements, my unsolicited advice is; go the other way!
And maybe next term, they will introduce a bill that requires presidential candidates to take a presidential requirements exam that will examine their personal and professional practices, characteristics and strengths as well as their weaknesses and vulnerabilities. Whoa, that would be a big step!!
